From making eco-friendly lanterns and getting a taste of dragon beard candy to saying hi to PAW Patrol characters, kids can have all the fun in the world from 3 to 11 September 2022!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is just around the corner and lanterns are an indispensable part of the celebrations. To cultivate eco-consciousness in the young ones, why not sign them up for City Square Mall’s workshop, where they can upcycle plastic bottles into beautiful lanterns? Then off they go for a lantern walk, toting their very own creations! To top it off, each participant receives a goodie bag worth $100 at the end of the event!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is the perfect occasion to be immersed in Chinese culture. On the Friday and Saturday of the Mid-Autumn Festival weekend, stop by Basement 1 to pick up Chinese calligraphy and paper cuttings – traditional crafts dating back to the Han Dynasty – and munch on dragon beard candy, a delicate confection once reserved for royalty. These activities are free for everyone, so don’t hesitate to join in the fun!

PAW Patrol Meet and Greet

September 2022 Holiday Fun at City Square Mall PAW Patrol Meet and Greet

What do Chase and Rubble do when they are not on a ruff ruff rescue mission? They meet excited children and make photo memories with them at City Square Mall! No spending is required to get up close to the PAW Patrol characters but do remember to collect meet-and-greet passes 30 minutes beforehand.

When: 3, 4, 10, 11 Sep 2022; 1 pm and 4 pm
Where: Level 1 Atrium
Redeem meet-and-greet passes 30 minutes before each session at Level 1 Atrium. Limited to 30 passes per session.

Another treat is in store for young fans: a PAW Patrol-themed bouncy castle, which is making its debut appearance in Singapore! Watch them jump, climb and slide to their hearts’ delight. It could just be their best day ever!

When: 3 to 11 Sep 2022; 11 am and 8 pm (7.50 pm is the last entry time)
Where: Level 1 Atrium
Spend $10 to redeem an entry pass to the Bounce House.

T-shirt Bag Upcycling Workshop

For some meaningful fun, both kids and adults can take part in a free workshop to learn how to upcycle an old t-shirt into a useful bag. Take steps to learn about sustainable living and do your part to save the earth.

When: 4 Sep 2022; 11 am and 1 pm
Where: Level 1 Atrium, in front of Cedele
No registration is required for this workshop. Participants are required to bring their own t-shirts to be upcycled.
