Get ready for a HIIT experience of a different kind at HIIT THE BEACH, a new beachside experience that will be opening to the public on 24 October 2026 and presented by The Magnum Ice Cream Company, in partnership with Sentosa Development Corporation.
HIIT THE BEACH combines energetic challenges, playful experiences and the simple joy of ice cream. Set against the backdrop of Palawan Beach, HIIT THE BEACH brings together the energy of a high-intensity workout with the carefree spirit of a beach day.
HIIT THE BEACH at Sentosa’s Palawan Beach
HIIT THE BEACH reimagines the traditional fitness circuit as High Intensity Ice Cream Training.
Free and open to the public from 24 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, the experience invites beachgoers, families, friends and fitness enthusiasts to step into a workout playground where MOVE. PLAY. CHILL. come together.
Visitors can look forward to an active time as they MOVE through eight energetic zones inspired by hybrid workouts. Then, PLAY with friends or family across a series of unexpected ice cream-inspired activities. Finally, take the chance to CHILL by taking in the beach, spending time with friends and exploring the wider Sentosa experience — with ice cream vending machines located around the island for those looking to pick up a treat.
HIIT THE BEACH Circuit
At the heart of HIIT THE BEACH is a circuit that features eight interactive zones.
Each of these zones bring’s The Magnum Ice Cream Company portfolio of ice cream brands, including Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s, Wall’s, Cornetto and Calippo, to life through a series of fun, high-energy challenges.
Across the circuit, participants will encounter different challenge at each zone and a new way to play.
Participants will have to power through physical challenges and putting their speed and agility to the test.
Get past all eight zones to reach the finish line — marking the end of their High Intensity Ice Cream Training session.
Cooldown Isle
After completing the HIIT workout, head over to the Cooldown Isle to cool down. This is a dedicated space for visitors to relax, recharge and enjoy the beach, sea and open skies.
Cooldown Isle features parasols and seating. It offers the perfect spot to kick back with an ice cream treat after completing the circuit.
Visitors can also discover larger-than-life ice cream installations, photo-worthy moments and co-branded The Magnum Ice Cream Company and Sentosa merchandise, including limited-edition pieces created specially for HIIT THE BEACH and available for purchase.
Ice Cream Machines around Sentosa
Beyond the HIIT THE BEACH activation space at Palawan Beach, ice cream vending machines located across Sentosa will offer visitors convenient ways to pick up a treat or keepsake as they continue exploring the island, including a visit to one of Sentosa’s most celebrated landmarks, the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia, just a short walk away on Palawan Beach.
