ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands is one of our favourite family-friendly museums in Singapore. Located the basement is Future World: Where Art Meets Science, the museum’s permanent exhibition in collaboration with teamLabs from Japan.

Future World caters to young audiences in many of the interactive elements. At A Table Where Little People Live, interact with little folks by placing objects on the table. Another highlight is Sketch Aquarium, where kids can colour a sea creature like a jellyfish, shark, squid, turtle, seahorse, coral and watch the creation come to life in the aquarium.

Then, take to the “air” at Aerial Climbing Through a Flock of Coloured Birds.

The ArtScience Museum’s Future World is one must-visit spot with kids at Marina Bay.

Spectra is the light and sound show that takes place in the evening at Singapore’s iconic Marina Bay.

The Marina Bay Sands Light Show is best viewed from the Event Plaza, by the waterfront in front of The Shoppes. There are a set of bleachers where the public can sit to enjoy the show. From this location, the audience can view the show with the Singapore Central Business District skyline in the background.

Using a combination of state-of-the-art lasers, lights, water effects and projections, the 15-minute Marina Bay Sands light show presents a multimedia spectacular based on Singapore’s journey to becoming the cosmopolitan society it is today.
