Collection venues are at the Residents’ Committee centres and Community Clubs around Singapore.

The distribution exercise will start from on Saturday, 1 February 2020 and is expected to be completed by Sunday, 9 February 2020. Households should make their way to the collection centres at the specified day and time with their NRIC for verification of their home address.

Priority for the collection of masks is given to areas with a concentration of vulnerable residents. Collection times are also staggered to prevent too many people congregating together.

The website also advises that masks only need to be used by those who have a fever, cough or runny nose, or are recovering from an illness.

For those who need more information on the mask collection, there is also a hotline number available, 1800 333 9999. The hotline will be manned from 2 pm to 10 pm on Saturday, 1 Feb. From Feb 2 to Feb 9, it will operate from 9 am to 9 pm.

Information notices have also been posted on community notice boards, digital display panels and constituency social media platforms.
