Photosymphony is a play on the words photosynthesis and symphony. Just like how photosynthesis is the process in hardness the most important source of energy from the sun, ensuring the growth of plants and trees, music plays a similar role in human lives.

In that spirit, SMU Symphonia will present familiar songs, ranging from childhood favourites like Beauty and the Beast to modern tunes of the animated movie Your Name and La La Land to celebrate music and its significance in our daily lives.
