White Restaurant X Souper Tang Parent’s Day Special

Local eatery White Restaurant, also known as the The Original Sembawang White Beehoon, has teamed up with renowned Malaysian soup chain Souper Tang to bring some of their famous and beloved dishes to our shores. From 29 April to 30th June, diners can enjoy the best of both worlds with nutritious yet delicious dishes that are sure to put you and your stomach in a good mood. 

In celebration of Parent’s Day, they have also released a Special Parent’s Day Menu ($98++), Which includes the Collagen Ginseng Chicken Soup, Fragrant Pu Er & Goji French Beans, Abalone Sauce Pork Tendon with Multi-Grains and Imperial Seafood Pot with White Fungus. The meal comes with white rice, which can be changed to Supreme Seafood White Beehoon($20).

We had the opportunity to try out the Special Parent’s Day Menu. The Collagen Ginseng chicken soup is a favourite, loaded with ingredients such as ginseng, cordyceps flowers, dried scallops, goji berries, braised shittake mushroom, fish maw as well as collagen, served with a large juicy quarter chicken drumstick. The clear soup tasted extremely delicious and the herbal flavours were not too overpowering, making it a really nice dish that helped to clear the palette against the other dishes which were richer in flavour and texture.
