Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Comes to Singapore in 2015

The musical, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, comes to Singapore in 2015. Singapore is one of the stops on the theatrical production’s international tour which opens in Istanbul in October this year.
Based on the Disney’s animated feature film about Belle, a young woman who encounters Beast, a prince enchanted under a spell, the musical first premiered on Broadway in 1994. It ran on Broadway for more than 13 years and is the 8th longest running musical in Broadway history.
Its musical score includes six songs from the Academy Award-nominated feature film, and six original songs written from the musical.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast will be at the MasterCard Theatres, Marina Bay Sands from 21 March 2015 for a limited season. Tickets are on sale now through SISTIC.
