Geneo Mall at Singapore Science Park is a new hub that is directly connected with sheltered access to Kent Ridge MRT Station. Part of the larger Geneo development, the mall has an expansive atrium that looks simply stunning as well as retail and dining options that make it a spot worth exploring.

The Geneo mall is part of the Singapore Science Park’s latest life science-focused precinct with a mini city concept. Geneo gets its name from an amalgamation of two words “Gen” and “Neo”, a nod towards the precinct’s aim to foster the next generation of innovators.

THIS WEEKEND: Unleash the Power of Stories for Kids with Workshops, Storytelling Session, Book Launches & More

-- Story continues below --

One of the most striking features of the mall is the event plaza which incorporates a 300-person amphitheatre.

Soaring ceiling

The event plaza has a soaring ceiling and it is fitted out with lush plants that add a sense of nature to the space. The louvred glass canopy is supported by impressive 25 m tall timber structures.

The timber structures accentuate the huge ceiling and make it feel especially grand. It is almost as if you have stepped into a huge and expansive cathedral.

It is a spot where people can buy their food and sit down to enjoy it in the open-air, sheltered area.

This part of the mall also serves as an event space.

Geneo Mall Food and Dining Options

The Geneo Mall food options range from casual spots where you can get something quick to eat as well as sit-down restaurants for those who do not mind taking a longer meal.

The Geneo restaurants are spread over all three levels of the mall.

The Basement 2 is where you will find the most casual eateries.
