Festival Park At Tampines is a neighbourhood park. It provides a respite for those who wish to enjoy the outdoors. It is a simple spot where kids can enjoy stretching their legs, running around and being active.

The park has a few entrances. The south entrance leads visitors to the open area of the Festival Park. There is a stage that is probably a gathering area used for community events. It has no benches but the wide-open space makes it a good area to cycle and play some old school games.

There is a badminton court that residents can use. The court is fenced, making it easier to retrieve any shuttlecocks that might have gotten served with a little too much force. This court can also be used for street soccer.
