In the spirit of encouraging curiosity and spontaneity in children, Woods in the Book is running an Instagram contest to put the fun and funny back into the ongoing School Holiday Break. From 11 March to 20 March, kids can flex their creative juices and stand a chance to win fabulous book prizes.

To enter the contest, crack the code to the famous question: “Why Did The Chicken Cross the Road?” Participants can enter their answer in the comments section, and include their name and age. Be sure to also follow @WoodsintheBooks and like the post. The contest post will be made live on Instagram and Facebook Friday, 11 March at 6 am.
The entry with the most likes will be crowned the “Funniest Kid in the Woods” and win some great prizes.
