The Forest

Aki's Playground - The Forest

Venture into the woods and discover a mystical forest.

Forest

At the very centre of the forest is a large tree and plush seats invite kids to stop for a pause to appreciate the world around them.

Touch pads

The magical tree holds a musical secret. Kids can create melodious sounds using the touch pads found on the tree.

Touch both of the pads at the same time to activate sounds. Kids can even form a chain by holding hands to activate the sound as a group activity.

Oceanscape

Oceanscape

Plunge into the depths of the ocean at the next magical world. Swim along with colourful sea jellies or come up close to the plumes of whales as they dive into the deep.

The mesmerising installation has been created out of upcycled material, showing how beauty can be found in even the most ordinary of objects.

Most interactive opportunities await at the coral reef where sounds can be activated through touch.

Activity area at Aki's Playground

Kids can settle down at a mini activity corner and dream up magical creatures that may be found in the ocean.

Moonscape

Moonscape

It is off to the moon at the next section of Aki’s Playground. Multi-coloured planets hang in the darkened sky like marbles waiting to be played.

Lunar lab

These projections were created using fluids with multi-coloured ink. Kids can try creating their own versions at an experiential lab corner.

Then taken a visual feast of colours by crawling into a lunar tent to admire the ever-changing hues inside.
