Nursing Rooms in the Singapore CBD
1. Tanjong Pagar Centre Nursing Room
The family room is spacious and clean and equipped with a sink. There is a hot and cold-water dispenser as well as two diaper changing stations. Nursing mothers will also be able to breastfeed and pump in private in a separate nursing room with cushioned seats (located within the family room). In addition, electrical points are present in this CBD nursing room for mums to use pumps to express milk. The separate nursing room allows families to use the parenting room simultaneously; Papa can change diapers while Mama pumps or two families can use the family room at the same time.

2. One Raffles Place Nursing Room
Although a tad small, the One Raffles Place nursing room is clean and well-equipped with a sink, hot and cold-water dispenser as well as a diaper changing station. There are also electrical points for breast milk pumps. However, only one person or family can use the parenting room at one time as the nursing room and diaper changing station are located within the same room.

3. OUE Downtown Gallery Nursing Room
The parenting facilities in OUE Downtown Gallery are a little unique, with a separate nursing and parenting room that are located next to each other.
The parenting room is equipped with a sink, diaper changing station, hot and cold water dispenser as well as an electrical point. However, there isn’t a seat or separate area for nursing moms to express their breastmilk.
The nursing room has a sink, hot and cold water-dispenser, electrical point as well as a separate room (with a sliding door that cannot be locked) with a seat for nursing mothers to breastfeed or pump. However, there is no diaper changing station in the nursing room.
It is also worth noting that the parenting room has higher privacy due to the auto-lock function which the nursing room lacks. Although it may be a little inconvenient not to have all the facilities within one room, this parenting room in the CBD also allows for more than one family to use the parenting facilities simultaneously, especially if they need different facilities.

Diaper Changing Facilities
If you’re in a pinch and need to change a dirty diaper but are not near any of these locations, you could always try to check out the diaper changing stations in many of the CDB building’s toilets. For example, there are diaper changing facilities in the handicapped toilets at Marina Bay Link Mall (B2, next to Burger King) and 100AM Mall.
