The Hari Raya Puasa Istana Open House 2024 will be held on Sunday, 21 April from 8.30 am to 6 pm. With Labour Day following shortly after on 1 May 2024, the Labour Day Istana Open House will also be combined with the same event.

Hari Raya Puasa Istana Open House 2024 is open to all visitors. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (and their caregivers) get to enter the Istana grounds for free.

All other visitors will be required to pay an entrance change. The entrance fee for non-Singapore Citizens and non-Permanent Residents is $20 per adult and $10 per child (4 to 12 years old).

Those who are paying a visit to the Hari Raya Puasa Istana Open House 2024 can look forward to viewing the grounds and the chance to go on a tour of the Istana building.

Guided tours of the Istana Main Building will be conducted from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, during which visitors can view selected function rooms and take a closer look at a selection of State Gifts presented over the years to Singapore’s leaders.

Visitors interested in the Istana’s flora and fauna can join the Nature Guided Tour from 10 am to 4 pm.

Visitors can also opt to go on self-guided tours.

There will be food stalls and two food trucks, as well as merchandise booths with limited edition Istana souvenirs and President’s Challenge souvenirs. They will be in operation from 8.30 am to 6 pm.

There will also be merchandise booths set up by three Social Service Agencies (SSA), namely Club Heal, Muscular Dystrophy Association (Singapore) and Ain Society – Support Group for Cancer Patients and Family.

Only cashless payments via credit card, debit card, or QR code will be accepted. 

All proceeds from the entrance into the Istana grounds, tours and the President’s Challenge merchandise booth will go towards charities supported by the President’s Challenge. Proceeds from the SSAs’ booths will go towards the SSAs.

Visitors to the Hari Raya Puasa – Labour Day Istana Open House 2024 will also be able to enjoy a series of live performances throughout the day.

They can also participate in the various activity booths around the Istana grounds and guided tours that will be conducted during the open house.
