From 12 May 2020, selected retail operations have been allowed to resume operations as part of Singapore’s easing of its COVID-19 circuit breaker measures. These include cake shops and dessert shops (yes, and TCM halls too). They join McDonald’s in reopening this week (even though McCafes continue to be closed).
