Sharing is caring!

“Everybirdy’s” welcome to explore a World of Colours at Jurong Bird Park during the mid-year school holidays 2018. Turn Explorer and learn about the colourful world of birds, hear from friendly keepers at the park and take part of other activities during the school vacation time.

Explore a World of Colour

Be a Colour Explorer and head out for a journey around the Jurong Bird Park to learn more about its feathered residents. On weekends, visitors can participate in bonus activity stations set up around the park too.

At the Penguin Coast, take a closer look at plumages found at a Feathers Display.

On selected dates, a Birds’ Doodle: Art Colouring Wall will also be available at the Penguin Coast. Make the birds on the colouring wall come to life in different colours. The Birds’ Doodle: Art Colouring Wall will be available on 26, 27, 29 May and 2, 3, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 23, 24 June from 10 am to 4 pm.

Knowledge Takes Flight

Over at Jurong Bird Park’s Birdz of Play, families and kids can learn interesting titbits of information about birds through an entertaining puppet show, Puppet Showtime! This puppet performance will be held at 10.30 am and 12.30 pm on selected dates.

Keepers’ Chit Chat: Colours’ Edition will be held at noon and 4.30 pm on selected days as well. At these sessions, Jurong Bird Park’s keepers will provide entertaining “live” commentaries about birds such as the Scarlet Ibis and the Macaws.

The 15-minute Keepers’ Chit Chat: Colours’ Edition will take place at the Wetlands at noon and Breeding & Research Centre at 4.30 pm on 26, 27, 29 May and 2, 3, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 23, 24 June.

Kids can also say “hi” to Sunny the Hornbill, Jurong Bird Park’s mascot outside the Penguin Coast at 11.45 am and 2.30 pm daily between 26 May and 24 June 2018 as part of World of Colours.
