This school holidays, Jurong Bird Park unravels a host of fun activities lined up for little ones. On the weekends between 7 to 29 December 2013, kids get to widdle, waddle and wobble with the penguins and experience the work of a wildlife reporter.
Penguin Party
Over at Birdz of Play, a big party will be held where children can dance, take part in penguin face painting and learn more about penguins at an awareness booth. Party times start from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm and fringe activities run from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
Penguin-razzi
Over at Penguin Coast, little reporters get to take part in a special meet-and-greet session with the park’s penguin ambassadors. Chocolate – the celebrity African penguin will be there and each session is limited to 30 kids. The Pengiun-razzi takes place at 11.45 am and 2.30 pm and onsite registration closes five minutes before each session.
Penguin Feeding
There will also be feeding sessions held at the Penguin Coast at 10.30 am and 3.30 pm.
