The Big Top is up at the Bayfront Event Space signalling the arrival of The Great Circus of Europe to Singapore! From 20 December 2019 to 1 January 2020, trapeze artists, daredevils and clowns are all set to wow the crowds with heart-stopping performances and entertaining antics.
The Great Circus of Europe is in Town
Brought in by local carnival operator Uncle Ringo, The Great Circus of Europe features acts from eight different countries including Romania, Kazakhstan, United Kingdom, Kenya and Mexico.
It is led by ring mistress Hayley Gandey who comes from a long line of circus folk.
Amongst the acts performing at 90-minute-long The Great Circus of Europe show are aerial acrobats The Serik Brothers, contortionist Prince Amiri, aka the Bone Crusher, and female Clown Andreea.

And no circus show would be complete without dare-devilry.
Hold your breath as The Gerlings from Columbia perform on the giant rotating Double Space Wheel and ride around on motorbikes at breakneck speeds inside the iron mesh Thunderdome at speeds of up to 70 km per hour.
These are just some of the circus acts that you can gawk at from ringside during The Great Circus of Europe.
Uncle Ringo Carnival
Adding to the festive atmosphere at Bayfront Event Space, Uncle Ringo will be holding a carnival right next to the Great Circus of Europe.
There are game stalls and family-friendly rides for little ones. And, of course, there are plenty of prizes to be won including Frozen and Despicable Me plush toys.
No carnival would be complete without carnival food.
Head over to the Escapade Festival Village where a selection of carnival bites ranging from grilled meats to bubble tea to local seafood is available.
Take home some memories by snapping a picture at the carnival’s photo booths.
The Great Circus of Europe and Uncle Ringo carnival are part of the Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2020. Tickets start from $70. Get more information here.
