SmartKids Asia 2017 returns from 17 to 19 March 2017 at Singapore Expo Hall 6.

A new addition to this year’s mega-fair is The Straits Times Parenting Masterclasses. Conducted in collaboration with the team from The Straits Times, you’ll get to hear from experts about parenting tips and strategies at the masterclasses.

Parenting Masterclasses will be held on 18 and 19 March and cover topics such as:

  • Coaching your child in English with The Straits Times
  • The three key ingredients you need to raise thriving kids
  • Simple frameworks for inculcating critical reading skills
  • Fireworks in the brain
  • Maths is alive.

Each topic has been specially selected for parents whose children are between five to 12 years old. They will cover the use of positive psychology in parenting, motivating a child to learn and understanding how the brain works. The masterclasses will be conducted in bite-sized, one-hour sessions.
