Go on a day-to-night journey across River Wonders and Night Safari from now till 17 March 2024 with Secret Wild-erland, a two-park ticket that allows you to soak in the sights of wondrous animals at two wildlife parks along with digital experiences.
Secret Wild-erland at River Wonders & Night Safari
The Secret Wild-erland experience is great for those who wish to spend an afternoon and evening at the wildlife.
In addition to the animals, Secret Wild-erland also features digital experience is in collaboration with NAKED, INC., a Japan-based creative company that specialises in immersive digital art.
There is also a Mystical Bar at Night Safari where you can enjoy a special dining experience in the evening.
River Wonders Experience
At River Wonders, in addition to viewing the animals (you can say bye to Le Le up till mid-December), when you step through water-like curtains to the aquatic landscape of the Amazon Flooded Forest, you will find a three-minute projection show in the heart of the exhibit.
Discover the beauty of Amazonian wildlife and the lesser-known abilities of the Amazon river dolphin, manatee and more.
There is also an interactive projection where you can wade across contaminated water and watch how it clears up with every step, allowing aquatic plants start to flourish and attacting animals.
Night Safari Experience
When the sun goes down, you can head over to the Night Safari where the animals are just getting up.
Over at the East Lodge, you will find interactive, digital Secret Wild-erland displays.
Try spotting native wildlife from the Sunda pangolin to the Common palm civet and Malayan porcupine at the Hidden Animal Discovery digital wall. Give them a tap and they will come towards you, sharing a fun fact about themselves.
Then see how high you can jump as compared to some agile animals of the night at The Secret Jump.
You can also uncover your animal alter-ego.
There are also prettily illuminated photo spots at the Night Safari.
Mystical Bar
The Tipi Tent at Night Safari, just around the corner from the East Lodge, has been transformed into a Mystical Bar.
Enjoy the evening with some company as you can sip on a cocktail or mocktail, paired with light bites by local bar Jekyll & Hyde.
The atmospheric ambiance of the Mystical Bar is illuminated with projections inspired by New Zealand’s Aurora Australis, also known as the Southern Lights.
Those who visit the Mystical Bar from 24 November to 31 December 2023 stand a chance to win a return trip for the family to New Zealand, or other prizes including wildlife tours.
