The Police Community Roadshow 2018 at Bedok Town Square is taking on 1 and 2 December 2018. The Bedok event is part of a three-weekend series of roadshows with the first weekend held on 24 and 25 November at Toa Payoh HDB Hub Atrium, the second at Bedok Town Square and the last weekend at 8 and 9 December 2018 at the open field near Westgate.

We paid a visit to the Police Community Roadshow 2018 at Bedok Town Square to check out the roadshow activities.
One of the highlights of the Police Community Roadshow 2018 is the static display of police vehicles. These include the highway patrol cars, tactical vehicles and special investigation vehicles.
A popular activity at the roadshow is the chance to touch-and-feel the weapons used by the police. These range from pistols to sub-machine guns, all safe to be handled by the public, of course.
However, it is not the equipment but the men and women of the Singapore Police Force who keep Singapore safe. And you can meet many of them at the Police Community Roadshow 2018, including some dressed in full operational gear.
High-tech equipment such as futuristic robots are a feature at this year’s roadshow.
Stage performances and demonstrations are held throughout the day.
Activities for Kids
Kids can also look forward to various activity stations at the Police Community Roadshow 2018. For example, play detective and try to lift fingerprints.
Another popular activity station is where kids get to dress up in scaled down versions of police uniforms. There is a photo booth for uniform-wearing kids to take a picture.
Visitors can also redeem a limited-edition miniature police vehicle by snapping a selfie at the roadshow and posting it to Facebook or Instagram with hashtag #policeroadshow2018. Redemptions can be made at an onsite Redemption Booth at the Police Community Roadshow 2018. Terms and conditions apply.
