The Pasir Ris Coral Heights Playground at Pasir Ris Street 51 is easily one of the longest elevated playgrounds that we have come across. Tucked away in the midst of a housing estate, it is a hidden gem for those who may wish to have some imaginative fun exploring while up in the air.

It is made up of a netted tunnel that starts off at a low level. The netted tunnel makes its way upwards, twisting and twirling in a snake-like fashion until it reaches the end where an enclosed tube slide provides more twisting and turning fun on the way back to the ground.

Slide

The long and meandering design of the Pasir Ris Coral Heights Playground almost seems to have been inspired by the dragon playgrounds which have their own long and winding body.

However, this Pasir Ris Street 51 playground is much, much longer than those of the old dragon playgrounds.

Kids can enter into the play structure after climbing up a little low ropeway and making their way through the yellow diamond shaped “portal”.

There are three “towers” that support the playground’s long structures.

Double back

The long tunnel of the playground is so long that it doubles back on itself at the middle tower. A ladder connects the bottom portion of the tunnel to the upper section of the tunnel, allowing kids to go between the two levels of the playground.

The tunnel reaches as high as the second floor of the adjacent flats – which is quite high to us!

Kids can make their way into the tunnel to as high as they feel comfortable going.

Low ropes

Or alternatively, there are some low rope elements at the Pasir Ris Coral Heights Playground.

You can find the Pasir Ris Coral Heights Playground in front of Block 561 Pasir Ris Street 51.
