Nature lovers, food lovers, fishing and prawning lovers rejoice! The former Bottle Tree Park has re-opened and is now known as Orto, which means garden in Italian.

This large privately-operated leisure park, sprawled over 51,500 square metres of land up north in Yishun, has been welcoming visitors since February 2015.

Under the new management, Fullshare Leisure Group, several changes have been made, yet the rustic charm of the park has been preserved.

Fishing Paradise at Orto

The good ole scenic 100 metre by 100 metre pond fishing pond is still around and the neighbouring pond has been converted into a lotus pond to filter the waters. Opt to catch and release or catch and keep the fish, and fish around the clock as premises are open for 24 hours.

More Activities

A futsal pitch stands ready and a paintball field as well as a trampoline park are in the works before ORTO’s grand opening in June.

Other than the MRT that goes past every now and then, you could almost imagine yourself back in a rustic, tranquil setting if you look in the other direction of the Lake House. Orto has certainly set the stage for more little day outs.
