
Jewel Changi Airport’s Canopy Park and Changi Experience Studio attractions will be reopening from Friday, 3 July 2020.
In an announcement on Facebook, Jewel Changi Airport updated that it had received the SG Clean certification from Singapore Tourism Board.

As such, two Jewel Changi Airport attractions, Canopy Park and Changi Experience Studio, will join other Singapore attractions which have started to reopen as part of Phase 2. These other attractions include the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay, the ArtScience Museum and Singapore Zoo.
One of the new measures that is being taken as part of the Jewel Canopy Park’s reopening is a reduction in operating capacity.
Currently, attractions that reopen are only able to operate at 25% of their usual capacity. This is intended to reduce the crowds within the attractions for safe distancing purposes.
Canopy Park Tickets Need to be Booked Online
According to the same Jewel Changi Airport Facebook post, the only way to get tickets to Canopy Park and Changi Experience Studio will be through its online ticketing platform.
Within Canopy Park, the attractions include Discovery Slides and the Walking and Bouncing Nets. Changi Experience Studio is an attraction which showcases the history and operations of Changi Airport.
Another major attraction at Jewel Changi Airport, the HSBC Rain Vortex Light & Sound show, has been temporarily closed since end March 2020. It continues to remain closed till further notice.
