
From now till 1 November 2026, Festival of Thrills is taking place Resorts World Singapore with a range of experiences at Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
One of the signature programmes each year is Halloween Horror Nights. While that may not be suitable for families with young children, Resorts World Sentosa has other festivities and activities planned during this period for those visiting its attractions.

Families planning a visit to Universal Studios Singapore from now till 1November 2026 can look forward to Trick or Thrills.
Catch the Minions in a new live show, or go trick-or-treating for candy.
There are also meet and greets with Sesame Street characters along with Sanrio characters.
Into the Glowcean (5 September to 1 November 2026) at Singapore Oceanarium
From 5 September to 1 November 2026, Singapore Oceanarium is lighting up with Into the Glowcean with art installations featuring neon moments and more.
Oceanic Glow
See the ocean’s beauty come alive through glowing marine-life sculptures crafted using traditional techniques by Megan Foo, Singapore’s only glass neon artist.
These neon marine-life installations can be found around Singapore Oceanarium at Spirit of Exploration, After Shark Seas, After Coral Gardens, Artificial Habitats and Whale Fall.
Skeleton Dive Feed
5 Sep to 1 Nov, 4 pm daily, except Monday and Friday, Open Ocean
An underwater spectacle to look out for are the skeleton-costumed divers who will be feeding and swimming among a myriad of marine animals at the Open Ocean zone.
Silent Disco: Deep Blue Beats
If you’ve always wanted to dance surrounded by marine life, there will be Silent Disco party on 19 September from 8 pm to 11 pm.
This ticketed, one-night-only event offers after-hours access to selected zones – combining music, light and marine discovery in a distinctive dance setting.
Be a Light Painter
Try your hand at light painting at the Ocean Dome. Step inside the booth and take home an instant photo from this interactive experience.
You can also watch acclaimed light painter Lawrence Koh paint a captivating story inspired by marine life and the living ocean on 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 October, 3.30 pm and 5 pm at the Open Ocean.
Legend Keepers: Tales of Singapore Awaken at Adventure Cove Waterpark
At Adventure Cove Waterpark, a phygital puzzle hunt is taking place around the attraction.
Five legends of Singapore take centrestage and players can go on a quest to unravel clues hidden around the waterpark. Visit the five installations to solve the clues and unlock the reward at the end of the quest.
The Legend Keepers: Tales of Singapore Awaken game can be playing by scanning the onsite QR code and using the browser – no download is required.
It can be played solo or by forming a team. You will get to explore the five story locations around Adventure Cove Waterpark. These can be visited in any order. You will need to solve puzzles and collect the clues in order to complete the final challenge.
The Legend Keepers quest takes place 1 September to 1 November 2026, 10 am to 5 pm (4 pm on Sat).
