“Ahead of Time” the exhibition at ION Art Gallery aims to raise awareness on breast cancer and share that there is life after breast cancer. It also aims to spark conversations amongst families to take charge of their breast health through early breast cancer detection.
“Ahead Of Time”: The Story of Breast Cancer Survivors
Organised by Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) in conjunction with Cancer Survivor Month in June, the exhibition tells the stories of 25 breast cancer survivors. The exhibits portray the strength, vulnerability, and resilience of women aged 34 to 71 from all walks of life, who were affected by breast cancer.
The photos were captured by nine photographers including Russel Wong, Mark Law and Lee Jen.
