Swensen’s has done it again. After recently releasing their nuggets ice cream, they are now giving ketupat a new twist by offering a giant ice cream cake version of it.
Ketupat Ice Cream Cake
Instead of the usual cooked rice, the giant ketupat contains a refreshing icy core of fragrant pandan kaya ice cream, inspired by the Singaporean breakfast staple of kaya toast. It costs $55 for the 550 g ice cream cake.
This is one of Swensen’s Ramadan specials, which will be available till 21 May 2023.
