What sets Pelago apart from other similar third party booking sites is the benefit of paying with KrisFlyer miles on the Pelago platform. Users can also earn miles with every booking made.

Pelago also promises “the same trust and quality of service that Singapore Airlines offers” including high-touch customer support for all experience bookings as well as flexible cancellation or refund policies for the majority of the bookings.
