Local brand playhao turns 10 and is celebrating its 10th anniversary by collaborating with Tarte by Cheryl Koh to bring fans and friends a limited edition Mixed Berries DIY Tart made exclusively for playhao. Celebrating playhao’s toast to a “life of play”, fans can now purchase this deconstructed tart or join the giveaway and stand a chance to win this treat!
This tart was created in collaboration with Chef Cheryl, who was awarded ‘Asia’s Best Pastry Chef’ in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants awards in 2016. Chef Cheryl sells artisanal tarts and other confectionaries along the quaint corner street of the Shaw Centre.
This custom-designed tart draws parallels with the making of playhao: layer in creativity, spread some love, top on the best toys, sprinkle the fun, imagination at hand, and build delectable memories!
Limited-Edition DIY Mixed Berries Tart
A treat for the eyes as well as the stomach, the artisanal tart has a medium tart shell that is handmade daily and filled with sweet vanilla cream. It is topped with the freshest berries, raspberry pearls, gold flakes, and a sweet playhao egg tangram for reconstruction to one’s liking.
How to get the Limited-Edition DIY Mixed Berries Tart
From 1 to 15 August, spend $350 and above at playhao and receive a Medium DIY Mixed Berries Tart (worth $69.90) or spend $100 and above at playhao and receive a Small Regular Tart.
To ensure freshness of the tarts, e-Vouchers will be provided for pre-arranged self-collection at Tarte by Cheryl Koh. The tart redemption period is strictly between 3 to 18 August 2021 at least 2 days in advance.
