Head down to the Asian Civilisations Museum this Saturday, 2 December, for Play with NAO to find out.
Instrument Petting Zoo
Performed by the NUS Alumni Orchestra (NAO), the alumni arm of the NUS Symphony Orchestra, the Play with NAO show is a family-oriented concert themed around a petting zoo. It provides an opportunity for kids between five to 10 years old to learn about different orchestral instruments.
The Play with NAO show will take place at 2 pm and 4 pm. It will feature interactive chamber performances. Among the music the audience can listen out include various pieces such as Strauss’ Im Krapfenwald’l which is known for its “bird whistles”.

As part of the educational process, children will also have a chance to get hands-on with various orchestral instruments and give them a try.
The Play with NAO concert is free and presented in collaboration with the Asian Civilisations Museum.
