Want to grow cauliflower, radish and pumpkin? Register your interest to pick up the seeds of these edible plants from NParks.


Complimentary Seed Packs With New Plant Varieties

3,000 seed packets of edible plant varieties will be given away as part of NPark’s Gardening with Edibles programme. This time around, the seeds available include seeds of species new to the programme such as cauliflower, radish and pumpkin. Other species available include cucumber, lady’s fingers and cherry tomato.

Registered individuals will be able to collect complimentary seed packets from HortPark while stocks last. Those who register their interest will also need to state their preferred date and time to collect the seeds from HortPark.

The various seeds varieties will also be able to participate in the Community Edibles Competition in October 2021. Learn more about this competition here.

New Allotment Gardens

For those who are looking for garden plots to grow the seeds and other plants, NParks will be opening registration for 200 allotment garden plants across HortPark, Clementi Woods Park, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and Punggol Park from 20 March 2021, 10 am to 3 April 2021, 10 pm.

The plots will allocated based on computerised balloting.
