The first Nickelodeon-themed attraction in Asia opened to the public on 3 February 2016 at Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia.
The new Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon boasts 14 attractions and play areas. In line with the explorer-theme, attractions at the Lost Lagoon have names like Explorers Trail, Jungle Fury and Moolalah Adventure River.
Nickelodeon-themed Attraction for Spongebob Fans and More
At the Spongebob Splash Adventure play area, kids can experience geysers, water cannons and waterfalls, all under “Spongebob-ish” ruins with pineapple décor.
Kubarango is a steep waterslide with a reverse free-fall for thrill seekers.
At Primeval, go on a journey with twists and turns and climbs that go over trees, hill and through gullies.
Other attractions at Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon include Splish Splash, Hippo Valley and the intense Monsoon 360.
Nickelodeon’s iconic characters, including Dora the Explorer and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, are also expected to make appearances at the park.
Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon is located at Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia. Opening hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday. Admission is RM150 for those aged 12 years old and above and RM120 for those under 12 years old.
