Booking ActiveSG courts and sports facilities, or getting passes for the ActiveSG gym and swimming pools? The only way to do that is via ActiveSG Plus platform. This platform was launched in 2024 for all ActiveSG facility users and we’ve got a guide on how to use the ActiveSG Plus platform.
Besides access to the pools and gym, the public can also log in to MyActiveSG+ Plus to book badminton courts, pickleball courts, table tennis tables, football fields, futsal courts, squash courts, beach volleyball courts, hockey fields, tennis courts and more! Users can also sign up for sports and recreational programmes via ActiveSG Plus.
How to Log in to My ActiveSG Plus

For children who do not have SingPass accounts, parents and legal guardians can link their child or ward’s accounts to their own account for booking, balloting and registering of programmes.
Booking & Balloting for ActiveSG Facilities
Before you book or ballot for ActiveSG facilities, do remember that there are peak hour slots and non-peak hour slots for various sports facilities.
Peak hours are usually weeknight and weekend slots for the facilities.
Users can ballot for peak hour slots 14 days in advance, and a ballot can be placed from 12 am to 11.59 pm. Balloting results are released the next day, and successfully balloted slots must be paid for before 11.59 pm that very day (13 days before the session).
Each user can ballot once per sport for each date, with two balloting opportunities available to use per user. A single ballot can be used for multiple slots. For instance, if a user ballots for a badminton court on 1 January at 9 am, he or she can also ballot for a pickleball court for the same date. After balloting for both facilities of two different spots, the balloting opportunities are fully utilised for 1 January.
Unassigned slots from the peak-hour balloting exercise will be released to all users at 12 pm the next day (12 days before session) along with all other non-peak hour slots. This can be booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
For non-peak hour slots typically on weekdays, instant booking opens 12 days in advance from 12 noon on a first-come-first-served basis.
Payment for facilities can be made with ActiveSG credits if available, PayNow and credit and debit card.

Buying of ActiveSG Swim Pass & Gym Pass
To enter the ActiveSG swimming pool and gyms, users will need to pre-purchase single or multi passes. For users above 65, entry to the pool and gym is free. Do note that users can only purchase passes for themselves, their children or ward.
For single passes to the pool, users can purchase on the day of entry. Multi passes to the pool come in 30-day or 365-day options. The 365-day option is only applicable to seniors 55 and above.
Rates for single passes start from $0.60 at basic pools with no features. Pools with water slides and more cost $1 or more per single entry.
Rates for 30-day multi passes for ActiveSG pools start at $5.
Gym passes also come in single entry passes and multi-day passes. Multi-day passes are in 30-day, 180-day, 365-day formats with off-peak and peak timings. Off peak timings refer to weekdays 7 am to 4 pm and peak timings are all opening hours Mondays to Sundays.
Gym passes start from $1.50 for single-entry passes. 30-day multi-entry passes start from $9.
Entry to both the gym and pool can be done by scanning the passes, SingPass NRIC barcode and the physical NRIC or student passes.
Signing Up For ActiveSG Programmes on MyActiveSG+ Plus
Users can also sign up for ActiveSG programmes via MyActiveSG+ platform.
From ActiveSG school holiday programmes, academies, classes like pilates, aquafit, aerobics, wushu, users can browse the programmes and register for them accordingly.
Using MyActiveSG+ Platform
Our family uses the MyActiveSG+ platform for booking and balloting of facilities. Ever since the introduction of the new platform, peak-hour slots can only be booked via a successful ballot. This has increased the challenge of securing courts. However, families with child accounts linked to their parents/guardians can have more chances at securing the courts.
Do note that once you have booked a facility or registered for a programme, there are no refunds or cancellations possible. We do hope that this option can be included soon, as sicknesses or unexpected events can result in the inability to use the facility or attend the programme.
Certain facilities are also not sheltered, thus wet weather can disrupt the sessions.
No system is perfect. For now, this one-stop site can stop irresponsible users from using bots to game the system. We do hope more sports facilities can be opened up for the pleasure of playing sports with friends and family!
