Pokémon fans can embark on an immersive trainer experience at all KFC outlets from 19 August to 29 September 2026, with collectibles, trading cards, specially designed merch, and five Pokémon type-themed stores.
Pokémon X KFC: The Ultimate Launch
For the Ultimate Launch, five selected KFC stores will be dressed up in Pokémon-type themes: Water, Fire, Electric, Ghost, and Grass.
These stores are:
- KFC NEX – Water
- KFC Jem – Fire
- KFC Kallang – Electric
- KFC Compass One – Ghost; and
- KFC Jurong Point – Grass.
Expect eye-catching thematic decorations and specially curated photo moments at these vibrant spaces that bring the adventure to life.

Japanese Nanban Zinger & Bites
KFC’s seasonal Japanese menu drop from 19 August to 29 September.
It will feature KFC’s version of Japanese Nanban Zinger and Chicken Bites, served with generous Egg Tartar and garnished with spring onions.
The KFC Japanese Nanban Zinger is a spin on fried chicken, featuring a crispy and spicy chicken thigh fillet brushed with Nanban sauce – a sweet and tangy soy glaze.
KFC Japanese Nanban Chicken Bites are bite-sized fried chicken thigh morsels, brushed in Nanban sauce for Japanese-inspired flavours.
Other menu items include the KFC Japanese Nanban Loaded Fries and the Sweet Potato Balls.
Pokémon Collectible Merchandise at KFC
A highlight of the KFC X Pokémon collab are the collectible merchandise that will be available.
Pokémon Reversible Everyday Blind Pouch
From 19 August, fans can purchase a Pokémon Reversible Everyday Blind Pouch at $14.95 with each purchase of KFC’s Japanese Nanban Zinger or Chicken Bites Box. This is available at all KFC outlets, except for Singapore Zoo and Sentosa, for dine-in or takeaway only. While stocks last.
In one form, it is a Poké Ball. It can then be turned inside out to reveal one of four designs: the OG Pikachu (yellow), the adorable Eevee (brown), the mythical Mew (pink), and Snorlax (blue).
The Pokémon pouch allows fans to switch between two unique looks while carrying daily essentials.
Poké Ball Bucket
The KFC Poké Ball opens up to store any essential items.
Inspired by the iconic Poké Ball, it measures approximately 23 cm in diameter. The bucket interior that can be used to store everyday essentials, whether it be snacks or toys.

Pokémon Gaming Chopsticks

KFC’s limited-stock Pokémon Evolution Jacket will be launching on 9 September 2026.

The Pokémon Evolution Jacket can be purchased at $99, with each dine-in or takeaway purchase of a Japanese Nanban Zinger / Chicken Bites Box.

Pikachu Car Neck Pillow
The Pikachu Car Neck Pillow comes as a set of two and is crafted to provide soft, cushioned support. It is great for Pokémon fans who are looking to add a playful and vibrant Pikachu touch to their car interiors.

PokéStops and Gyms at all 71 KFC outlets in Singapore
From 19 August, all 71 KFC outlets in Singapore will be transformed into PokéStops and Gyms, giving Trainers extra ways to fuel their Mega-themed journey throughout the lead-up and right into the finale weekend.
New Trainer Journey for Those New to Pokémon Trading Card Game
KFC is helping new trainers to start their journey with Pokémon Trading Cards by hosting over 200 tutorial sessions to give participants a headstart to playing the game.
New trainers will receive prizes, inclusive of a paper playmat, reward voucher and your very own battle deck (2 decks of 30 cards each) when you sign up and complete the training sessions.
