One of the brands opening at Jewel is Tai Er. This established chain’s signature dish is sauerkraut fish, a popular Sichuan dish in China that packs a punch with its spicy and sour broth. This will be Tai Er’s first outlet in Singapore.

Another first is Hong Kong’s well-known ‘cha chaan teng’ Tsui Wah. A spot that many Singaporeans would travel overseas to visit, diners can easily savour its ever-popular Cantonese delights such as the signature toast and milk tea starting October.
