Jalan Pelatok Park is located between the private estate off Upper Changi Road East and the Simei public housing estate. Also known as the Jalan Pelatok Open Space or Jalan Pelatok Playground, it is a leafy green park which offers residents in the area a spot of nature in the neighbourhood.

Jalan Pelatok Playground features two structures, both which are suitable for younger ages. The first is themed to look like a house in an alpine forest. It has a low platform with a cargo net obstacle for kids to experience climbing. The “mountain” wall also has handholds which kids can use to climb both vertically and the move horizontally.

The other Jalan Pelatok Playground, which was closed when we visited, consists of another low platform with red stepping stones and climbing apparatus like parallel bars and hanging grips.

The other attraction of the Jalan Pelatok Park is its open space. Besides Simei Park, it is one of the few open spaces that can be found at the Simei estate.

The Jalan Pelatok open space has a mix of both mature trees as well as younger trees which are still growing. Stone benches offer visitors to the park a place to rest and enjoy the green atmosphere of the park.
