The Fortune Sha Jing Oysters & Mushrooms in Abalone Sauce is a carefully crafted dish that has earthy mushrooms and briny yet sweet oysters. These ingredients are coated in an abalone sauce that adds depth and a savoury, umami-rich finish.
For meat enthusiasts, the Slow-Braised Pork Ribs provide a comforting and hearty option. These ribs are cooked to ensure that the tender meat easily falls off the bone. The slow braising process infuses the ribs with layers of flavour, making them a satisfying dish for a reunion dinner.

Of the dishes we got to try, the Succulent Prawns with Crispy Quinoa was our favourite. This dish has a lovely pairing of juicy, fresh prawns with the satisfying crunch of quinoa. The serving portions were also generous for our table to have enough to go around.
Vegetable dishes are far from boring when it comes to Dian Xiao Er’s Baby Cabbage with Crab Roe Sauce. The dish combines tender baby cabbage with a rich, flavourful sauce for an interesting and flavourful option.
Another yummy dish is the Scallops with Crispy Rice and Mixed Vegetables, which perfectly balances the natural sweetness of scallops with the unique crunch of crispy rice, creating a dish that is both texturally and flavourfully satisfying.
To complete the meal, the Superior Fish Maw Thick Soup with Sea Cucumber offers a comforting and savoury broth. The texture of this soup provides a pleasant experience, with the springiness of the fish maw and the slightly gelatinous quality of the sea cucumber adding interest.
