Come Together: The World’s Finest Chefs
The project is the brainchild of food writer Flavel Monteiro. It is a 340-page book with more than 100 recipes from 84 chefs representing 31 countries and six continents. More than 50 Michelin Stars are represented in this free e-recipe book.
In the foreword to Come Together: The World’s Finest Chefs, Flavel writes about how the COVID-19 situation led him to create the book, “I was inspired to find a way for all of us to join together in solidarity with those on the front lines of this battle, an connect as one in a celebration of something that we can share – great food!”
Amongst the chefs represented in the book is Jean Yeow Winter, who grew up in a Peranakan family in Singapore and is now based in Dubai, U.A.E.
