The Chingay at Heartlands at West Coast GRC & Pioneer SMC takes place on Saturday, 9 March 2024.
There will be a harmonious Clay Art Display, “Blossom of Kuehs,” co-created by residents, and a Bead Art exhibit symbolising prosperity and unity with nine dragons.
Additionally, Balloon Art featuring Dragons in Unity and the launch of dragon balloon crackers will be held, alongside community-driven batik projects promoting collaboration through volunteer-led workshops.
This is in addition to other highlights like float caravans and roving Chingay performers.

Chingay At Heartlands at West Coast GRC & Pioneer SMC Caravan Route
One of the highlights Chingay At Heartlands at West Coast GRC & Pioneer SMC will be the floats making their away around the neighbourhood.
Here is the caravan route.
The launch site is at the Telok Blangah CC, open space car park. The floats are scheduled to arrive at Telok Blangah CC at 5 pm and depart at around 5.55 pm.
Caravan of floats will move through the estates of the West Coast GRC & Pioneer SMC, taking an estimated 3.5 hours to complete the route.
The caravan is expected to arrive at the Nanyang hard court in front of Block 953, Jurong West St 91 at around 9.30.

Residents can enjoy or even add touches to artworks co-created by West Coast GRC residents.
