Changes To Science Centre Singapore & KidsSTOP’s Admission Capacity & Operating Hours

With all the new measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 coming into effect from 16 May 2021, Science Centre Singapore and its attractions, which include KidsSTOP and Snow City, are making various changes to its admissions capacity and operating hours.


Changes at Science Centre Singapore & KidsSTOP

KidsSTOP

From 16 May 2021, Science Centre Singapore and KidsSTOP will be operating at 25% capacity, down from 50% previously. If you wish to visit, there will only be two sessions per day and online bookings are required.

During the school holidays, 29 May to 27 June, both Science Centre Singapore and KidSTOP will be open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Bookings will be need to be made for one of the two sessions.

After the June school holidays, Science Centre Singapore and KidsSTOP will transit to a three-day week. The attractions will open from Fridays to Sundays only, starting from 28 June 2021, till further notice.


Changes at Snow City Singapore

Snow City will also be operating at a 25% capacity at any one time. Tickets will be available on either an hour or two-hourly basis.

During the June school holidays, Snow City will be open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. After the school holidays, the attraction will be open from Tuesdays to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, and on weekends, school and public holidays from 10 am to 6 pm.


Other Changes & Postponement of Visits

Take note that all group admissions will be limited to a maximum of two persons, starting from 16 May 2021.

Those who have purchased more than two admission ticket for a visit on and after 16 May 2021 can visit the website here to request for a change in visit date. All unredeemed tickets purchased before 16 May will be valid for up to three months for the date of the intended visit.

All science shows will be cancelled from 16 May to 13 June 2021.

Some workshops scheduled between 16 May to 13 June across attractions will also be postponed to a later date. A representative from Science Centre Singapore will reach out to those affected by 21 May 2021. Alternatively, they may write in to [email protected] with regards to the changes.

F&B outlets, with the exception of Nooka Snack Bar at Snow City, will be open, but only for takeaway and delivery. The Nooka Snack Bar will remain closed until further notice.
