Social Media Challenge for World Heart Day

In line with this year’s theme of controlling high blood pressure and sodium intake, SHF will host a social media challenge to encourage Singaporeans to take control of their heart health.

Five lucky winners will stand a chance to win a free blood pressure monitor, which they can use to detect high blood pressure through regular monitoring. The contest will take place only on 29 September 2023.

Winners will be announced on SHF’s Facebook and Instagram page.

To take part in the contest, participants will need to:

  1. Snap a photo of a participating red-lit building or landmark with you doing a heart sign
  2. Post the image to your Facebook or Instagram. *Only posts on accounts that are public are eligible.
  3. Tag @SingaporeHeartFoundation on Instagram and the hashtag #GoRedForWHD
