Big glass windows allow patrons to watch the bakers hard at work in the pristine white bakery.

Being served exclusively at Tiong Bahru Bakery at the Foothills is a Sourdough Croissant with Cremeux Praline on the side ($4.80). This pastry will be available from 15 April 2021 onwards.

Sourdough, it seems, is a bit of a trend at the new Tiong Bahru Bakery outlet at Fort Canning. You can also get a sourdough kvass in both thyme and mint flavours. There are also plans for a sourdough studio in the works.

The Foothills outlet also has a Picnic Under the Sky bundle for those who wish to pack away something and head out to Fort Canning Park to enjoy the lush outdoors.

Cafe at Fort Canning Park

The new Tiong Bahru Bakery at Fort Canning Park’s Foothills fills the void left when The Fabulous Baker Boys relocated.

It can be reach on from Fort Canning MRT Station and is just a stone’s throw away from the playground at Jubilee Park. Those who drive can park at the car park off Clemenceau Avenue.

It is open from 7.30 am to 7 pm.
