The Singapore Maritime Week public engagement activities include family-friendly activities at the Singapore Maritime Gallery, such as face painting, live caricature, engaging booths by Sea Scouts, as well as a chance for ticketed visits to vessels berthed at the Marina South Pier and beyond.

This year, the public engagement activities for Singapore Maritime Week 2026, many of them free, take place on 25 and 26 April.

1. Sultan Shoal Lighthouse Tour (Sold Out)
Embark on an exclusive 3-hour Sultan Shoal Lighthouse Tour into the heart of the bustling Singapore Strait, one of the world’s busiest waterways. This is a rare, private experience with access to a restricted island, typically closed to the public.
2. Singapore Maritime Gallery Tour + View of PSA Container Terminal + Vessel Display
25 and 26 April
Get an an immersive exploration of Singapore’s maritime industry, combining historical insights with modern port operations. Start at the Singapore Maritime Gallery to discover the nation’s maritime heritage and learn how the industry connects to daily life. Then, on the way to Pasir Panjang, participants will learn about Singapore’s port development.
The tour concludes at the PSA Pasir Panjang Container Terminal viewing gallery, where participants observe live terminal operations including container handling, automated cranes, prime movers and transhipment activities, demonstrating how Singapore operates one of the world’s busiest and most efficient ports.

3. Singapore Maritime Gallery Tour + Pyxis Electric Vessel (Sales Ended)
After a guided tour at the Singapore Maritime Gallery, step on board Singapore’s first fully electric harbour craft, the Pyxis One. Explore how this vessel operates, get an up close look at the charging facilities, and enjoy the smooth, quiet efficiency of electric propulsion on an exclusive joy ride into the Singapore Harbour.
4. Tides of Time Tour + Vessel Display
25 and 26 April
Learn how Singapore has remained at the heart of maritime commerce and discover significant maritime events that shaped international maritime history, including the 1603 Santa Catarina incident. As part of the Singapore Maritime Week special, participants will also enjoy approximately 30 minutes of exclusive access to selected vessels on display (subject to availability and operational conditions).

5. Singapore Maritime Gallery Tour + Vessel Display

This Singapore Maritime Gallery Tour is a 1-hour walking tour that will take the participants on a voyage to discover the story of Maritime Singapore. The gallery offers an opportunity to explore Singapore’s rich maritime heritage and the vital link between the maritime industry and our daily lives.

6. Maritime Evolution Trail + Vessel Display
25 and 26 April
Embark on a captivating journey of transformation with our Maritime Evolution Trail. This trail is a 2.5-hour tour that will take participants to discover the progress of Singapore’s modern maritime industry as you travel from Labrador Park to St James Power Station. Along the way, explore the dynamic Keppel Harbour, the strategic St James Power Station and hear stories of how we have built our port infrastructure.

7. Maritime Evolution Trail + EON Vessel Visit

This programme will start off with a vessel visit at Harbourfront Cruise Centre, as part of the Singapore Maritime Week experience! Step aboard EON, Singapore’s first fully electric harbour tug, and experience the future of maritime operations. Built by PaxOcean and developed through the Coastal Sustainability Alliance led by Kuok Maritime Group, EON showcases how zero-emission technology can power demanding port activities without compromising performance.
