Janice Wong Singapore is launching a Spring Sakura themed series of fresh cakes, tarts, mochi and bonbons. From now till 25 April 2021, get a limited-edition Spring Sakura Pastry Box or make a booking at 2am:dessertbar from now till 4 April 2021 for a Strawberry Sakura High Tea.

Priced at S$55, the beautifully crafted Spring Sakura Pastry boxes are filled with items such as a Strawberry Basque Cheesecake, topped with Chantilly Cream and Fresh Strawberries. There is also a Strawberry Almond Tart made with almond cream, custard, strawberry mousse and strawberry compote, the Strawberry Caramel Rice Pudding Tart, an almond tart made with strawberry ganache, rice pudding and caramel mousse and complemented with the Sakura-shaped Strawberry Yogurt Bon Bons.

Some items are also available for individual purchase, including the Strawberry Basque Cheesecake (S$22), Strawberry Tart (S$9.65), the Caramel Rice Pudding Tart (S$9.65), the Rosella Mochi (S$3), the Strawberry Cheese Mochi (S$3) and the Strawberry Yogurt Bon Bon (S$3.50).

These items are available for pre-order at least one day in advance for delivery via the Janice Wong website or from retail outlets in Raffles City and Paragon, with limited stocks available daily.

Those looking for a spot for some aesthetically pleasing and indulgent high tea set can try the Strawberry Sakura High at 2am:dessertbar from now until 4 April 2021.

Guests are invited to indulge in the High Tea Set (S$49.50) featuring items such as the Strawberry Yuzu Opera cake, the Signature Strawberry Caprese with Roku Gin, the Compress Korean Strawberries with Sweet Milk, Strawberry Sakura and Sakura Caramel chocolate bonbons. There will also be fresh Hanami Sakura flowers specially flown in from Nagoya, Japan.

Reservations are available online with a limit of ten sets per session at a fixed times slot. They can be booked at the site here
