Get a multifunctional playmat that has sport, exercise and play all rolled in one! Active Health SG is giving away free Play Mats to encourage family and friends to bond through improving their health and wellness.
The Play Mat From Active Health SG
The Play Mat is a multi-purpose mat that can be grouped into three themes of use. The first is “Access”, which allows you to do fun activities such as testing your balance, flexibility and muscular endurance, which are essential in day-to-day activities.
The second is “Step” which lets users do fun activities involving memory and movement, which helps improve sensorimotor skills and cognition, and reduce fall-related injuries.
The third is “Play”, which has suggested games to strengthen bonding through fun and strength-related exercises.
Registering Interest For Free Play Mat
The Play Mat is not yet ready for collection. The targeted collection period is from July onwards. Collection details will be shared with those who register via email closer to the collection date.
Each household is only limited to one Play Mat. It will be limited to the 100,000 sign-ups. Those interested can find out more here.
