Tengah residents now have a brand-new place to eat, shop and run errands with the opening of Parc Point. While the mall is still very much in the midst of opening, more stores will be gradually opening to welcome visitors.

When we visited, the majority of the shopfronts were still covered. However, in time, the Parc Point mall in Tengha will become a convenient neighbourhood hub for families living in the growing Tengah estate.

Parc Point may not be a giant destination mall, but is a hub for nearby residents looking for a quick meal, grocery run or enrichment class without travelling too far from home.

Overview of Parc Point

Overview of Parc Point

What we do like about the design and layout Parc Point is the openness of the central atrium. No doubt, this will be place where community and commercial events can be held in the future, but it makes Parc Point open and airy.

It is also fairly straight forward to get from one floor to the other by escalators. There is no need to walk round and round.

Level 2 is where the food can be found while Level 3 has the enrichments and other services.

Another space in the atrium known as The Vale leading down to the basement. This is an area where people sit to have a rest or even buy some food and have a break.

One of the liveliest parts of the mall right now is the Parc Point food court on Level 2, Gourmet Paradise by Koufu.

During meal times, the area fills with residents stopping by for lunch, dinner or takeaway after work. The food court features a variety of familiar comfort food options that cater to different cravings and budgets. In addition to its indoor dining area, it also has an outdoor dining area.

Popular stalls include Yuen Kee Dumpling, where diners can enjoy handmade dumplings and hearty noodle dishes, while Ampang Yong Tau Fu serves up bowls packed with stuffed tofu and vegetables.

For families looking for an affordable sit-down restaurant, Saizeriya has also opened on Level 2. The Japanese-Italian casual dining chain is known for its wallet-friendly pizzas, pasta, baked rice and snacks, making it a convenient option for family dinners and casual meetups.

Luckin Coffee

Meanwhile, coffee lovers can grab a quick caffeine fix from Luckin Coffee on the ground floor.

The outlet has already become a popular stop for those living around the neighbourhood to pick up iced drinks and coffees. It has a seating area so and you can expect this cafe at Parc Point to be filled up quickly.

The food offerings are set to expand even further in the coming months.

In the basement level, food counters are expected to open soon alongside the supermarket, giving residents even more dining and takeaway options close to home.

Stores at Parc Point

Stores at Parc Point

Parc Point has one major draw for everyday shopping needs — the FairPrice supermarket in the basement.

The supermarket gives residents a convenient place to stock up on groceries, household essentials and fresh produce without needing to travel to other places like Plantation Plaza further away.

Omni Store

It has a sushi counter, a grab-and-go food counter and an Omni Store where you can scan items on display, purchase them and get them delivered.

Unity pharmacy

A Unity pharmacy is also located inside the FairPrice supermarket in the basement of Parc Point.

The FairPrice supermarket at Tengah’s Parc Point is open from 8 am to 11 pm, daily.

The basement area is expected to become busier as food counters like Koi The Express and Muchie Pancakes set to open.

Services: Polyclinic, Enrichment Centres and More

Beyond food and shopping, Parc Point also offers useful services for families and those living in the neighbourhood.

Parents can sign their children up for enrichment activities including Taekwondo classes and Heguru brain training programmes. There is also an Anytime Fitness gym.

Healthcare services are also conveniently available in the form of the Tengah Polyclinic located on the ground floor. Its presence makes the mall more than just a shopping destination, serving as an important community space where residents can access medical services, daily necessities and family-friendly conveniences all in one place.

There is also a Children’s Myopia Centre on the ground floor.
