We visited Hitoyoshi Yakiniku at Rail Mall.

The restaurant was pretty spacious and each table can easily accommodate a group of six to eight people, making it an ideal spot to have group meals and gatherings.

One of the dishes not to be missed includes the A5 Miyazakigyu Beef. Miyazakigyu is a cattle that is born in Miyazaki prefecture, raised by Miyazaki producers, and is famously known for its name and quality.

It was nominated “Japan’s Number One Beef” in the Wagyu Olympics and is a three consecutive-time receiver of the National Wagyu Award.

What sets this meat apart is its marbling, evenly distributed fats, and tender texture giving the melt-in-your-mouth feel that many enjoy. One of the perks of eating it at Hitoyoshi Yakiniku is that diners can decide how well they want the meat to be cooked.

This premium meat option is available for both Lunch and Dinner buffets.

Dining at Hitoyoshi Yakiniku

Other than the various cuts of quality beef, we really appreciated the wide variety of other foods available.

Food at Hitoyoshi Yakiniku

There is Iberico Pork Belly, Tiger Prawns, and Arabiki Sausage. We also enjoyed the cooked foods such as the Volcano Maki, Mentaiko Fries, and assorted Chinmi.

For those not looking to eat much or would like an alternative to a buffet, Hitoyoshi Yakiniku also has set meals in a more sizable portion but is still guaranteed to satisfy one’s taste buds.
