Enjoy A Variety Of Cuisines From Five Different Brands By Food Truck Nation

The dining concept transforms the core of food truck parks by offering options from a variety of brands, repackaged into an eatery.

There are five brands brought together in the pop-up Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis: Breakfast by Carnaby, The Goodburger, Quattro, Meatsmith and Backyard Bakers. We had the opportunity to try out some of the offerings from each brand.

Breakfast by Carnaby

A good start to the morning starts with good breakfast. Serving teasers before their official launch at Robertson Quay in Q3 of 2024, Carnaby is the brainchild of renowned chef Adam Penney in partnership with the team at Goodburger.

Inspired by classic British fare, options include the Full Monty ($32), a deluxe breakfast platter, Sausage Butty ($19), a sausage and egg burger, and Boozy Toast ($17), a sourdough French toast dressed in alcohol-spiked berry compote and whipped cream.

The Goodburger

Those who are familiar with well-known food truck brand The Goodburger will know that their delicious plant-based burgers taste as good as the real deal.

Typically found travelling around the island in their iconic black and yellow truck, you can now find them right at Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis.

Some of their popular items such as The Classic ($16), known as the American cheese burger, The Big Boy ($22), a double patty burger. Unique flavours such as One Night in Bangkok($18), a Thai inspired burger, and The Black Tie ($18), a burger made with truffle aioli, will be made available at the pop-up.

Quattro

For some delicious Italian fare, Quattro offers up a variety of Neapolitan-style pizzas and pastas with a modern twist. A variety of crowd favourite options will be made available at the pop-up, with pizza flavour options such as Margherita ($22), Pepperoni ($28), Garlic Prawn ($30) and Spicy Sausage ($30).

Pasta dishes are also available, with popular pastas such as Carbonara ($22), Spaghetti Meatballs ($26), Cacio e Pepe ($22), a pasta with parmesan base pasta, and the Green Goddess ($24), a pasta with pea pesto base, served with beans and asparagus.

Meatsmith
