During the brunch, guests will be treated to a delectable spread including Lobsters, Snow Crab Legs, Chicken & Waffles, as well as a magical Chocolate Fondue with purple-coloured white chocolate.

Keeping kids entertained during this Easter brunch in Singapore are face painting, magic shows, balloon sculptures and an Easter egg hunt for all ages.

Just like in “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” five golden tickets will be hidden in chocolate bars, giving diners a chance to win a 2D1N family stay in the hotel, along with other secret prizes. Delve into a smorgasbord of brunch highlights that includes an Ice Crustacean Bar, a Canapé Corner, imported cold cuts accompanied with French and Italian artisanal cheese and a delectable Italian spread by LUCE that include highlights like Beef Tortellini, Truffle Egg Frittata, Slow-cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek with Amarone Wine and Creamy Potato au Gratin.

Guests can feast on local classics prepared by The Lobby Lounge’s culinary team. Spotlight on succulent Chilli Alaskan King Crab with hearty chilli crab gravy served with crispy golden mantou, alongside Pork Bak Kut Teh, Beef Rendang, and an assortment of steam and fried Dim Sum. This Easter brunch is complemented with a generous spread from award-winning Man Fu Yuan including Flambé Salt-Baked Eight Treasure Chicken, Sweet and Sour Tiger Prawn infused with Red Wine Sauce and Cantonese Braised Beef with White Radish.

On Easter Sunday, 31 March 2024, Estate presents an extravaganza of fun-filled activities and a gourmet buffet spread inspired by Easter. Diners can begin their delectable brunch experience with the ocean’s freshest treasures at the Seafood Bar, which serves items such as Maine Lobster, Snow Crab, and Alaskan Crab Legs. Diners can also enjoy freshly shucked oysters at the Live Oyster Bar, which features the crème de la crème Fine de Claire Oysters and other USA and Irish varieties.

Cheese aficionados will be especially delighted by Estate’s exquisite selection of 32 artisanal cheeses, complemented by nine distinct types of honey that include unique options such as Royal Jelly, Rosemary, and Orange Blossom. There will be a dazzling Raclette Station available too along with various smoked and cured meats at the Charcuterie Station.

As part of the Easter Sunday festivities, diners can look forward to special entrées that include the Easter Scotch Egg with truffle hollandaise sauce and chives, Pan-Seared Foie Gras with cherry confit and port wine glaze and Wagyu Beef Top Side. The Carving Station will have with tantalising selections such as the Classic Beef Wellington accompanied by spinach crepe, wild mushroom, and prosciutto, as well as a succulent Honey Glazed Bone-In Ham.

Enticing desserts await as a sweet send-off to the Easter brunch, with the highlights being freshly made-to-order Crispy Mochi Waffles and five gelato and sorbet options at the Ice-Cream Station, bringing joy to guests of all ages.

Young diners will be able to select from an array of familiar favourites including Mac and Cheese, Breaded Cheese Sticks, and Teriyaki Chicken with Broccoli.

Pan Pacific Orchard’s Mosella’s À La Carte Style Brunch is launching this Easter Sunday and continuing every Saturday. Central to the brunch experience is a commitment to originality and high-quality gastronomic experiences, influenced by the rich and varied Mediterranean-inspired cuisine Mosella is celebrated for.  

The Easter Brunch will feature enchanting Easter-themed desserts like Signature Chocolate Easter Eggs and an Easter Carrot Pot to complement the spread, along with an inaugural Easter festival at the hotel’s Garden Terrace complete with Easter egg hunts, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, and activities like face painting and board games.

To whet the appetite, diners can look forward to chilled specialities such as Amelie Fine de Claire Oysters N3, as well as Japanese Hamachi (yellow tail), served raw in the tiradito style together with mandarin and truffle ponzu, crispy quinoa and garlic chips.
