To receive the sweet treat, the adult Changi Rewards member must be accompanied by the 12 year old or younger child. Changi Rewards members must present their membership card for redemption and the child’s photo identification may be requested for verification purposes. Kids are growing up and looking more mature these days!

Where to Redeem

The redemption can be made at the Terminal 3 Basement 2 Customer Service Counter, opposite FairPrice Finest. The redemption hours are 10 am to 10.30 pm daily.

There are other terms and conditions which can be found here.

One of these is that Changi Airport reserves the right to determine if the child is dressed in an appropriate Halloween costume. We are pretty sure that is to stop folks from claiming their kid is dressed up as a Singaporean going jalan-jalan for Halloween.
