Mr Tom Yum Thai Kitchen's Seafood Tom Yum Soup

Among the standout dishes to us were Mr Tom Yum Thai Kitchen’s Seafood Tom Yum Soup. It was intensely flavourful with an aromatic freshness. Like any good tom yum soup, it left us wanting to scoop up the spoon of spicy goodness.

Signature Scramble Egg with Pork Chop Rice

Sing HK Kitchen’s Signature Scramble Egg with Pork Chop Rice was also absolutely delicious. It was a perfect marriage of omu-style egg with savoury Hong Kong-style pork chop.

Wok of Wonders' Moonlight Hor Fun

Wok of Wonders’ Moonlight Hor Fun looked aesthetically-pleasing and the runny egg added a creamy flavour to the rich, dark hor fun dish.

Hokkien Mee

While the Golden Shoe Food Centre has been replaced with CapitaSpring, you can find the Golden Shoe Hokkien Mee stall at Lau Pa Sat. This lusciously wet plate of Hokkien noodles comes with a heap of tempting fried lard and a healthy dollop of essential blachan.
